All Madi Knitwear pieces are made with great care, and many items are produced specifically to order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
With all original tags attached
Returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use cannot be accepted.

Made-to-Order Items

As most Madi Knitwear pieces are made to order, production begins after your order is confirmed.

Made-to-order items may be returned only if they are standard-size products and meet our return conditions.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Items made according to custom measurements, personalized specifications, or special modifications are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Madi Knitwear is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
