All Madi Knitwear orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Processing Time

As most of our pieces are made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipment.

Processing time may vary slightly during busy periods or for customized orders.

Shipping

We ship international orders via UPS.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and parcel weight.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately 4–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
